Just wanted to share some pics I took at KY's MUSIC HALL OF WILLIAMSBURG show last December---she was fantastic despite claiming she had a cold (I really couldn't tell!). She posed for one pic after the gig as she was dismantling her keyboards---very cool of her!

Very cool---she had those shoes on at Santos last week---killer!
Not bad Loadof---I tried to video her April '09 Santos gig---I think it's all that stage smoke that ruins the vids (and most of the pics). I wish they'd save it for metal night or Halloween shows!
programme-x: One thing I LOVE about KY's shows is the diversity of the crowd. Her music appeals to so many different kinds of cool people, yet when she's on the stage it's like we're all under her sway. Last night was no exception.
Chris---you should post a pic of your KY outfit---awesome!
Rachel--Same with 'Comfort is Never a Goal' (which she didn't do this time)---it seems like she trances-out on the heavier songs for some reason---it's all good to me!
Check out this AMAZING outfit KY had on tonight---and this was the first time I saw her play my fave, THIS IS THE DAWN OF MY D-DAY (this was the 7th or 8th KY gig I've been to). Great show.
I got an old friend itno KY and she's coming to her 2nd KY show w/me tomorrow!
Thanks---yeah, whenever she does that one live I feel like starting a mosh pit!!! But I doubt it'd go over to well...
Okay---how about we pay her to peform an entire CD a night!!
I'd KILL to hear her perform CHERRY, THE GOOD NIGHT, or AUTOMATIC LOVE live.

I finally finished my review of KY's latest. Remember, I've been a fan since 2001 and don't take my reviews lightly...check it out on my main blog:
Rach---just read and commented on your posts---quite intense.
I'm in the middle of writing an in-depth, anal-retentive review of her latest CD---I've listened to it in its entirety WELL over 50 times since its release (maybe more). It truly is a masterpiece.
I've been checking this board for a while, too, and thought it was abandoned!
Chrissy---no idea---maybe to warm up?
ky---just got back from a writer's con---the show was not only very good, but very well attended. She actually broke a few keys during one song and had to bring out another keyboard! Straight-forward, kick ass KY---she's also singing HALFWAY ACROSS THE ATLANTIC to a pre-recorded track now---it's always nice to watch her flow around as she sings. I forgot my freaking camera and only took this pic of the marquee on my cell!!!
I hope to be there, too, as I'm leaving for a 4-day convention the next day!
