The strange thing is that, in the split second when I hadn't yet parsed this properly, I think my response was positive. It made sense to me.
Um... I have no words for this. The thought of seeing a jar of KY jam on a breakfast table comparable to that in Leave it to Beaver is... disturbing yet completely hilarious.

It's just that I can imagine her, in fact, as a person who is capable of making and distributing jam. Though the list of appetizing potential flavors fails after Sweet Cherry Lips, and even that refers to poisoned makeup, so maybe the whole jam venture would be only slightly less doomed than the actual idea of the article.
Whenever I mentioned her as KY in my LJ, one of my friends always thought I was talking about the KY personal lube (or is it loob?).
I wanted to be Morrissey with my friend as KY for Halloween (I would have been Baby Jef, but I'm too fat and it would just look... wrong), and I told her to make an outfit like KY's with the big puffy KY letters. My friend said "No, they'd think a was a bottle of lube!".
We didn't do it. But it would have been funny.
Aw, I wish you'd done it. I can't speak for your friend, but you would make a delightful Morrissey.

I probably will next year. Well, maybe not. I was going to be Divine next year, but I'm sure I could pull off a Morrissey much easier.
