That was great! So the giant ruffles are removable. How cool! I love that little twist move during "the sharp shot".

I was at that show and clearly remember what happened. She came out with the ruffles, but, while she was singing, they became loose. Soon after, she told the audience to "never let your drummer tie (the ruffles) for you. She then took it off and left it on the floor.

“My collar’s falling, because I let the drummer tie it. Never let a drummer tie your collar.”

I was there too.

I enjoyed that review! I'm pretty sure I met this particular Sam at my first Morrissey show; I'm a bit shy around her (she reminds me of descriptions of Morrissey's best friend Linder, with the imposing hair and the air of knowing what's what...) but she was very kind to me and inspirationally brazen about getting up front. XD It's a bonus to know we see KY-to-eye.

This is still Rachel, btw. I lost my fucking password, and these boards, grand though they are otherwise, seem to lack a recovery feature. I'll rise again eventually. Fuck.
