The shot that is similar to a Tori shot, was taken BEFORE Tori's, and any Evanescence-esque look was prior to Evanescence. As far as any Alanis alike look....I really don't know what you are talking about. I'm from St. Louis, so I'm familiar with all of these shots.

No, I'm not talking about photos (I am happily unfamiliar with the visual imagery surrounding any of the people I mentioned). I'm talking about the article Username posted, which was about artists who had embarrassing pre-fame work - I was explaining that I'd known Alanis and Tori were pure pop singers before they became wrongly convinced that they were artists, but I hadn't known about Evanescence's Christian-rock past.

...C'mon, I'm sorry I wasn't there from the beginning (believe me, extremely sorry...) but I know enough to know not to bring up Tori Amos or Amy Lee in actual comparison to KY. I don't suffer the delusion that all emotional soprano-voiced women are alike, and I'll pleasantly take an axe to anyone who does. :D

The no make-up tinfoil shot was a Breasticles era test shot. The Kill The Father single cover is from the same era. The KY and Baby Jef tinfoil photos are from the Orphans period.

Gum(?m), I'm pretty sure. Actually, ya know what's weird,;? last nite on TCM, some movie, The Pirate, with her and Gene Kelly came on, so I of course thought of KY... But, this is funny, I was watching The Red Shoes prior to that...

Lookin' at the stickers and noticed that Minor Threat pops up a couple o' times... That X ain't just 4 10, it's 4 straight edge! OK, maybe not...
